LG Electronics is partnering with NFL powerhouse the Baltimore Ravens to bring state-of-the-art digital signage to the team’s home stadium, the company announced on September 14.
The South Korean tech giant plans to install a total of 12,000 square feet of digital displays at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, ahead of the next NFL season.
The installation will include four massive, high-definition displays positioned around the stadium—from the central scoreboard to the east, west, south, and north sections of the stands. A 213-foot-long display at the spectator entrance gates is expected to become a new visual centerpiece of the stadium.
Additionally, LG plans to install more than 100 TVs along concourses and other fan pathways, allowing attendees to catch every game highlight from anywhere inside the stadium.
After the season ends, an approximately 2,300-square-foot LED display will be mounted on the stadium’s exterior walls, with additional high-resolution screens to be installed in outdoor plazas.
Reflecting LG’s reputation as one of the U.S.’s “most trusted electronics brands,” the company will also engage Ravens fans with a monthly event highlighting the league’s “most trusted player.”
“Through innovative commercial display solutions transforming major stadiums across the U.S., we aim to provide sports fans with the ultimate viewing experience,” said Jung Kyu-hwang, Vice President and Head of LG Electronics’ North American operations.
